Return Policy - Little Beasties

We want you to be delighted with your Little Beasties purchase. Please read our return policy for information on returns, exchanges, and more.

Returns on Personalised or Print to Order Items: We are unable to accept returns on personalised or print-to-order items (which are all items online) unless they are faulty. Each personalised item is crafted with care, and we want it to be perfect for you. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@little-beasties.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

General Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be faulty and in unworn and new condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Sizing Concerns: If you are unsure about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sarah@littlebeasties.com before placing your order. We are more than happy to provide guidance and answer any questions to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sarah@littlebeasties.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence of any faults.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by Little Beasties.

Refunds/Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
